1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Yellow gel food coloring
Powdered sugar to coat dough
Bake 350F 12-14 minutes
