Just found this and it looks amazing! I’m just missing one ingredient- Galangal powder. Can I substitute it with something else?

It’s like a sweeter version of ginger. Ginger powder along with some sugar does the job

Of course it is, but a lot of people don’t have a blender. If I make the recipe too easy I’ll get haunted by my ancestors 😝
