That is an awesome idea brother! I wonder how well it would hold up to bashing or if it would pop up on a high speed run. I have seen some extremely powerful small magnets, maybe put some on a basher and show us how it does. Man I really hate those damn pins and teathers, I'm always breaking them.

Hi there! It doesn't work well for bashers. We still knock them off on drift cars.
I imagine why the racers don't do this is because that's adding weight high up and will slightly raise your CG. Plus in a crash I wonder what happens to this body?

This is on a drift car. Speeds and forces are lower. When we crash, the body absorbs some of the impact...and usually sets back down on rather easily.

The hole point of the magnets is to put them under the body so it's a cleaner look now it just looks like Walmart crap
