Recipe for: Easy Homemade CAKE with berries - A favorite of the whole family!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
eggs - 3 pcs.
sugar - 200 gr.
vanilla sugar - 10 g.
yogurt - 200 g.
peel of one lemon
flour - 250 gr.
baking powder - 10 gr.
cow butter - 75 g (melted).
berries mixed - 400 g.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar and beat with a mixer. Add the vanilla sugar, lemon zest, yogurt, butter, and continue to stir. Mix the baking powder with the flour and mix. Gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture, stirring constantly. Finally, add the berries and mix with a wooden or silicone stirrer.
Grease the cake pan with a little fat and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, at the bottom of the oven for 1 hour.
Allow the cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
