Great idea. Unfortunately, putting the parm cheese in the butterreally didn't work out. Im going to make these, but I think I'll sprinkle the trees with some parm before baking.

Yes, I understand about allergies. We also have these in our family. Some who are allergic to certain spices, others with diverticulitis, food allergies, its a challenge come celebration times! What i do then, when i find a recipe that's so cute like this one, is adapt some of the ingredients to accommodate my guests' dietary needs. Happy Holidays!!!
