I am 49, spent my working life in offices in the tech world and every other moment outside training horses. I had never taken the time to learn how to care for myself and look more polished. My other life has come to a close, and as I am poised to start my new life, I've had this strange year to take the time alone to learn new things. This is one of them!! Starting with serious hair decisions and then shaving my face! Who knew???I am continuing my studies by going on to developing other routines. Pretty over 50 is a wonderful resource. You are amazing as a woman, a teacher and you make things make sense! Thank you! I feel like I can do this.

What a difference it is coming to a comment section of someone who is more positive and mature than the comment section of a younger creator who is more immature. There's no hate, no arguing, no bullying etc. Its so refreshing

You look so great. You mentioned the Wayne Goss pencils before and I ordered them on your recommendation. They came today and you are so right - they are creamy and work well on my 51 year old crepey lids. I have been having trouble with my pencils skipping across my loose lids. My drugstore fav was Maybelline Line Express and I tried the Loreal Age Perfect one. The Loreal one seems to dry quickly on me before I can smudge it a little to straighten my line. Thank you so much for your wonderful and positive videos. You seem to glow with happiness and I absolutely love your hair.

@@kimalvarez2859 It was my first time using them. I found them by doing a web search for Wayne Goss eye pencils but I had no trouble with them. The way they packaged the pencils was nice. I hope it works for you 🙂

Thank you for your information. Of the several videos of yours I've watched, I have practiced the face shaving to good effect. (Not counting the time I got too close to one of my brows, but that was fortuitous in that I had to fill in my missing "gray" brow with a little color. After coloring my other brow to match, I was surprised at how it lifted and brightened my face.) My favorite video so far has been how to avoid a down-turned mouth with your lipstick application technique. Bravo for you and lucky me.

It's my 1st time here but I will be back! Loved the tutorial!

Hi.. that was too good n helpful n your presentation is so perfect 💕 ... I am 58 with bifocals so find it a bit tricky to do eye lining even with magnifying mirrors.. is there anything I could do?

What do you do if you use liquid eyeliner about smudging?

This was very informative. I thought that tightlining was not for me since my eyes water a lot. I thought that the eyeliner was put on the waterline so this changes it for me now I will try it. Thank you.
