As a cook and trained from a French teacher in school and dating a Chinese guy as well his mom say to stir clockwise while adding eggs in a slow stream.. clockwise makes uniform shreds not lumps but for you it worked out 😊

I tried cooking this recipe today for afternoon snack. If you are looking for an easy and budget recipe, this is it! The recipe is easy to prepare as the ingredients are usually found in the kitchen. Im not a seasoned cook but I do cook. To anyone who wanted to try this recipe, YOU ACTUALLY CAN! And this aint a waste! Tho not too fancy in taste, you can adjust the recipe to your preference. I will definitely cook this again 👌👌
