So cool! I used Velcro to attach the pencil holders and it was much harder, because the sides aren't flush. This is a much better idea! Acrylic paint bottles also fit perfectly in the spaces.

Morning Kiddo! Thinking, the scissor organizater, could be hung on the wall. By bending the "feet" vertical allows one to hang for another option. Plus, it is so bizarre how Dollar Tree stuff fits together so well. Pip is adorable ~ take care from Humboldt County California USA 🌲🤸🧚🦸

Hi Mam, I was the #1 LIKE. YAY!!!! Also, the other morning when you spoke of your grief loosing your Mom and all the stuff you have and you do not know where to begin, I shared with you that I am right there with you every room was the same here. I prayed for you on my way to work. I prayed for you on my 10am break I prayed for you on my lunch break and I thought of you and I thru the day. If my place was not such a mess and if I had other vac days left and if my Dad was t sick I would come up to you (I would stay in a hotel) and you and I could work together and get your place organized. We would tody up and organize as we go. My place is so tiny I wouldn't even know where to put these organizers you made today. I make note cards and I have always wanted a die cut and embossing machine. I ordered one last spring. It came, I put it on a chair in my foyer. Never opened it. It's still on my chair in the foyer. On top is the metal dish separated for kitchen cabinets from Target and each slot is home to my card stock that I use a lot. I did start to make some headway but first after work I am starting in my kitchen with the hall closet and I do not have AC in kitchen so it's rough. I have a child hood bookcase my Dad made me that is shared with craft supplies and bakeware and all my Mom's cookbooks. Your sissor holder on its side would be a great asset on the one supply craft shelf in the bookcase. I love the planter idea but haven't any room. Today after work, I will finish the kitchen and the closet is deep so some of the living room misc things I want to keep of mine for when I have a larger home I will put in there. I have nice artwork and nails are not permitted in my wall where I live. Command strips are costly and do not always work. I have AC in my living room. My goal to finish my 610 square foot home is by July 4th. I so want my Mom's dining room table to be decorated with a patriotic table cloth and decorations I made and I would love to surprise my family. No one has been in my place since I moved here but maintenance and the annual pest sprayers with the rental. I so want to have a nice craft/bedroom area. I use to be a neat freak and then my Mom passed and all her things came here of the items I'm saving for my brother and me and all just sit. Our storm never did happen last night. I was hoping for rain for the black bears that live in Arlington and all the deer and the squirrels and chipmunks. Well, I need to get on the road for work. The closest Dollar Tree is 45 min away. I will get there one day but first I need to make room for organizers. Thank you for posting. I hope your out of school soon. Blessings, Rebekah in VA. Sunday it reached 100° here

Put a shelf liner on the bottom of the turntable to keep the planters from shifting.

I love your ideas. It was 105 today and then it started raining and we had thunder. It's going to be miserable tomorrow. I'm so glad this is the last week of summer school.

Brilliant ideas with the pencil holders. I tried gluing some together and it didn’t work well. You could use nano tape (aka alien tape) to attach the bottom planter so it does slide around but is also easy to take apart at a later time

I think I would put some floral foam in the center, so the pens won’t slide into the center or another compartment.

Hi, I made one using the planters and I placed a small hard cardboard circle in the center of each layer to keep items from sliding out, or into the center. On the top center I made the circle taller and then I wrapped all of them in black medical tape (from dollar tree).

Hi look at pip right ear. Where she is sitting by the pillow. Her right ear goes up and down and the left ear stays down. Very good job with that. I think about doing that too. I would use the one you have your scissors in for my pencil and markers. Enjoy your day. But go back and look at your video and look at your dog ear. Have a great day.

I wonder if K cups or Nespresso pods would fit in the stacking organizer that you have the pens in.

Would making videos of you sorting through your mom’s things make you more accountable to get it done? Or would you be too emotional to make a video at the same time? I have crafting buddies with my chi weenies. The dad is the one that’s the best at staying off and ignoring my yarn as I crochet. With each organization piece that you make, are you using the same markers and other office supplies? Or is it once you’ve made the item, the item you’ve put in it stays there and you have lots of supplies?
