I live in hot Arizona, but we eat soup year around. I also use the slowcooker a lot in the summer because it doesn't heat up the house!

I live in Houston and I don't wait for winter for soup either! When it sounds good, I make it, even if it's °108 after humidity 😅

I have 7 slow cookers, three of which are casserole style. I am the one to host most of our family gatherings so it comes in so handy that I can either cook things in them or use them to get keep food warm. They help me to not rush around trying to cook when I want to be social with my family.

My favorite slow cooker came from the thrift store. I even got my 8ct instant pot from the thrift store. Always check there first, they usually have tons to pick from!

My grandmother passed Friday, and white chicken chili was one of the meals I made! With some rice to spread the meal further. Everyone loved it, all ingredients were on hand, and bellies were full. Thanks for sharing this one years ago! It’s a staple in our house ❤

I LOVE chicken noodle soup the way you made it with the heavy cream. If you don't have any in the fridge, but have a can of evaporated milk in the pantry, it works great too! Add as little or as much as you like in your soup. It is SO good! Great crockpot soup ideas girl! I really appreciate this so much.🍲😋

I love my Hamilton Beach 8 qt slow cooker. I’m on my second since my crock broke on my first (it was over 10 yrs old) and financially it was cheaper to buy a new one. It’s a basic slow cooker and I feel like cooks evenly and at the correct temp. I also have a 6 qt Cock Pot brand and totally agree with you that it cooks way too hot. I also have a small 3 qt that my husband uses a lot to make green beans and bacon. Because of my work schedule crock pot recipes are a life saver! We even take our crock pots camping with us! Love your videos!

I purchased the instant pot aura after seeing it on your channel and have fallen in love....it is so handy and I find mine cooks right on temp...my old crockpot definitely cooks hot...my bone broth always tasted scorched and I stopped cooking chicken in it because it always seemed to be over cooked. I recently tried out the steam function on the aura and made chinese boa's out of canned biscuits and meatballs...they were so good...it is worth every penny to get an aura...i love it.

When crock pots first came out I tried one.Then another and another.I lined them up before I left for work.My children had hot meals when they got home from school.Saved so much since I didn’t have the temptation for getting take out.My daughters and granddaughters use them still.Best idea they ever came up with.

Love the slow cooker recipes!! I have several slow cookers, but there's one in particular that I've rarely heard people talk about: West Bend Slow Cooker It's so versatile, you can use it on the stovetop, oven, put it in the fridge and the base doubles as a griddle. The griddle isn't big enough for a large family, but for one or two people, it would be perfect. I had an older model, which seemed to heat up quickly. I now have a newer style and am still playing around with it. I haven't had the chance to make a crockpot meal in it yet, but plan to later this fall.

Slow Cooker Meals! MY FAVORITE! Seriously, it's a Godsend! I work from home, which one would think that it leaves me more time to cook. It really doesn't. I'm working a real job, with real expectations and real goals, deadlines...etc. I can't step away from work to prep dinner. But...what I can do is some prep while taking my lunch. This means crock pot meals are my best friend! Roasts, soups, stews, whatever can be done I love!

For the Instant Pot, if it cooks too low then what I do is use the bake function on the lowest setting and it works great!

I am making sausage, kale and tortellini soup tonight, definitely not soup weather but it is what I want!❤

I'm a new subscriber, from Mandy in the Making's channel, who I also just subscribed to. I love using my crockpot, and freezing individual servings. I do a few different soups over a few days so I have a variety to choose from. I'm really excited to find any new crockpot recipes!

Love your recipes can’t wait to try them. I have a Ninja Foodie Possible Cooker. Love that I can sauté in it instead of using another pot.

Can't wait for soup weather, usually not until at least November here in the South. All of these recipes look delicious. I am especially in need of recipes that can cook 8-10 hours, though both my 6 & 4 qts have warm settings. Thank you!

We was blessed with slow cookers for 3 pound only a second hand shop was selling them all we brought 3 gave one away to a friend I've used and used them love that we got such a bargain .food looks so nice going to try these x

Great video! I've been cooking for 25 years and over this last decade all the slow cookers I've had have cooked too hot on the low setting. It's been frustrating because you can't put something into it the morning and have it done at dinner time because it will be burnt or overcooked. I did some research and invested a little more money in the Hamilton Beach Flex cook Model. I like the digital settings that offer different cook times on different heat settings. I've been really happy with it and I've had it for 2 years. My girls have evening dance classes so I put a meal into it after lunch say on low for 5 hours and then set it to keep warm. That way if we run into traffic or hang out at the studio longer it won't overcook.

I love my ninja foodi- pressure cooker, slow cooker, convection oven, air fryer, searer/sautéer… this thing does it all. It is an absolute DREAM. I use it almost every day.

Definitely going to try the chicken noodle soup this way. One of our favorite ways to make it is chicken broth/or water with seasoning, chicken, onion, carrots, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and some heavy cream. Definitely not for the health conscious but it is yummy

Love crockpot soups! My favorite way to make use of the crockpot this time of year (I live in south FL) is to make a huge pork roast or beef roast, then use the meat for a meal that night, and leftover meat turned into a couple other meals-with-a-spin, like street tacos, etc. that are easy to whip up after work, and if there is still meat leftover (we're only 3 girls in our family) I freezer it and it turns into an easy/quick dinner down the road.

Only found your channel recently and I am really enjoying it. My favorite crockpot is a 3 quart crock pot that was just my local grocery store brand. I have used it for 10 years and it is still going strong. I only use my crockpot at least half filled, as it heats from the sides and not the bottom (or at least my version heats like that). I broke 2 larger crockpots because I washed them out before they were completely cooled. :(. Since my family is only 5 people (2 adults, 3 teens) 3 quarts is the perfect size for many of our weeknight meals. Thanks for many meal ideas!

I have an XL pressure cooker this came out before the instapot and it is a slow cooker also. I have never used it as a slow cooker but I will be using this year making soups.

I have a Hamilton Beach slow cooker that has separate 4, 6, and 8 quart bowl/inserts and I absolutely love it. I’d love to have one of the casserole style.

I love my instant pot with Dutch oven, I love my crockpots but this is one of my favorites.

I Love the Hamilton Beach brand the pioneer woman crockpot and I have both of hers! Try them both so great! My favorite is the second one that switches from High, or Liw to warm !

We love our AllClad crockpot. The insert can go directly onto out gas stovetop.

Typical MI weather. One day is sunny, warm, summer weather & the next day the temperature drops 25 degrees, moving straight into fall. Lol Always changing immediately.

Love your crockpot and air fryer recipes for busy days (which is most days lately it seems!) I have my mother's old school crockpot that is at least 45 years old and still going well. Then a larger Hamilton Beach one that I like but she hates. lol. I'm seriously considering asking for a casserole one from Santa this year. With a family of 6 they really are invaluable. I just need more cupboards to store them all. ;) The Crack Chicken Chili (as my husband calls it) is one of his most requested recipes.

I have a slow cooker with three sizes of crock...2,4,6 qt. I can cook something in one size one day and use the next size extra day...run dishwasher once! Also nice depending on how many you are cooking for.

I work full time and have a commute as well. I personally love my slow cooker with the time built in. So if something needs to cook for only 8 hours I can set the time and I don’t have to work about it.

Is there a recipe for the ground beef and potato soup ?

I'm in the Midwest. I want it to be soup season so bad but the temps go up and up then down a little. It's 97 degrees here! Ugh.

I want to make the meatball soup in a crock pot. How long would you cook it before adding the noodles?

I love that you use your mini-Crock Pot for queso, because that's about the only thing we cook in ours!

I buy 2 slow cookers a year on black Friday. They are normaly under $10 at Macy's. We drop at least 1 insert a year when kids help with the dishes. Also, when I have an extra I can make and deliver a hot meal for ill friends. When I have bought the crockpot for $7 then no one is stressed about getting it back to me quickly.

That’s such a good tip!

I work long hours and I'm usually gone for 10ish hours. I'm wondering if the Instant Pot Aura would be a good option for me, since I'm gone longer and it would cook longer.

Next time you do chicken noodle soup, skip the cream and add some rosemary and stir in some lemon juice or apple cider vinegar right before serving. I used to chicken noodle soup but now I love it.

I bought one at a thrift store. camo 4qt. best one ever. made the mistake of taking it to mom's one holiday 9 years ago. she swapped me a 6qt for it. I have asked for it in her will. i broke the lid accidentally. took us 6 months to find a replacement thrifting because it was discontinued.

Lol my crockpot also cooks too high. I’ll set something on low for 6-8 hrs and it’s done in 3. I hate that it cooks so hot.

Be careful with that slow cooker. We had one that was like that and after about a year of use it actually caught on fire it got so hot. Thankfully I was home but if I hadn't been I shudder to think of what could have happened.

Side note 📝 your nails are definitely a business expense 💅 because they are a staple for your videos. I have no excuse for my hands looking like a mechanic when you can do this and look like a nail model 🫣
