I am currently making it. Had so many problems along the way. So I just learnt to let it go. Now I am in a hurdle for the front part. I am having some major problems as it only reached my sides. It wasn't able to reach half way through. So I got to figure out how to alter it without sacrificing the other parts. I invested so much time and effort that I don't want to frog it all. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I'm having trouble since I began adjusting this pattern. I made 23 rows instead of 25, so would the front parts decrease begin on the 10th row instead of 12? also when I did the decreases, for the back part I chained 60 to match up with my shoulders, making the front panel 30 (plus one for chain) and when I decreased, I ended up with two weird looking straps that curved and ended below my boob instead of gradually decreasing like yours. should I decrease every other until I reach 11 stitches like yours? should it even be the same stitch count bc I adjusted? help pls lololol I LOVE this top and I'm making it for our town's festival, I can't wait to finish it

I keep having trouble with the stitch count for the first row after the HDC row!! I start with 80 stitches, but following the 1dc skip 3 dc pattern and ending with 2 stitches, there is one last stitch unaccounted for. Help please if anyone else is experiencing this!

@@courtneyspiers256 I ended up completing the top, and the stitch count the whole way remained the same (meaning it wasn't adding up to hers in the video haha). if you add an extra double crochet at the end, it doesn't make a noticeable difference in the end!

I'm having trouble with the puff row count and also the puff stitch itself. DC, DC, skip, Puff, skip, DC, skip, etc. doesn't work at the end of the row to end with a DC in last 2 stitches. Also, the puff stitch usually calls for a chain to complete but is too much to add a ch 1. Glad I figured out it not just me, lol. I'll modify and see what happens🙂 Thank you!

Same for me lol. I just added one more dc without a skip in-between so it would add up. Also, mine began curving right after the 2nd row (3dc in one stitch + skip). Did I crochet too tight? Anyone knows how to fix it?

Medyo nalito po ako sa 2nd row 😅 Kasi po diba 80 HDC po yung 1st row? 2nd Row: 2 DC = 2 stitches, (Skip 1, 3DC, skip 1, DC) = 4 stitches * 18 times = 72 stitches, (Last skip 1, 3DC) = 2 stitches 2+72+2 = 76. So may natira pa pong 4 stitches. Pero yung last instruction po is (skip 1, 1DC in next 2 stitches). So naiwan po yung isa? Bale total nya lang po is 79 stitches? Nalito po talaga ako hahahahahaha!
