This is super cute . Good way to use those old cds that don't play no more the scratched ones . Thank you for sharing.

I used a rug hook to do the loops around the CD and found it easier to keep the tension that way. Thanks for the inspiration.

Beautiful, basic steps and shown very well to make steps more understandable and easy to replicate. Thank you so much for sharing. One could also stitch in pipe cleaners to add a bit of rigidity to the handle and top, or use the plastic material used for making hoops for skirts or dresses, or use memory wire which once set would be difficult to get it out of shape unless excessive force other than normal use was used.

You could also creatively use the cd as the top of a crown of a bucket hat if you crochet a large brim onto it around the vase..for a great beach or gardening Summer Sun hat!

This would be great for hair bows on top of dresser or maybe at Easter time. Lovely for a lot of things. Very cute. I may be doing this just as soon as I locate an in unwanted cd.
