    Well can, depend on you. But if you sand it, the surface will be more smoother and give you better finishing. Some edges might be sharp. But if your cement came out perfectly smooth then sanding is not necessary. But sealant is a must.

    I have few doubts, 1. Can I use gypsum powder? 2. Should I use water to mix? 3. What is the wax coat to get smoother and glassy finish ?

    Yes you can use gypsum powder too. Some gypsum is as hard as good plaster. I never use a wax coat as sealant. But you can refer to this video on which type of sealant that i am using: kzread.info/dash/bejne/faZ7y7ewe6qTprA.html

    I know this is an old video and I’m praying you respond. How do we get the exact measurement of the powder for the mold to be used to avoid having too little or too much mixed powder? Is there a measurement for that?

  • @BearBearCammy

    @BearBearCammy

    3 ай бұрын

    Hi, you can try to weight your mold (A). Add water into the mold and measure again (B). Use (B) minus (A) to get the water measurement. Add about 5-10% to the water measurement. That will be the weight of the powder. Hope this help.
