Easy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
1/4 of a medium onion (chopped fine)
2 ribs of celery (chopped fine)
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
1 cup seedless green grapes (sliced in half)
Dash of salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp of Better than Bullion Roasted Chicken flavor
In a medium saucepan, half full with water, add bullion and chicken.
Bring to a boil and cook until chicken is cooked through.
Large mixing bowl, add onion and celery
Shred chicken in a food processor and add warm chicken to the top of the onion and celery, let stand for 5 minutes
Mix together, onion, celery, warm chicken and add the mayonnaise along with salt and pepper
Serve chilled on your favorite bread,
