Thanks so much for the remake of this beer mug cake. I have tried to make this for my brothers birthday the past 2 years and it has fallen both times. I'm going to make it for him again this year (October) and try doing 4 inch cakes instead. Love the idea of the taffy handle, that sounds so yummy. Got some good tips from this remake!! Thanks again for sharing 🍺

Does the taffy turn hard or is it still like taffy? I love this! Very cute cake for a guy!

thank you! I'm sure if you add enough to stiffen it up, it should hold longer than usual. My kids ate this one the same day, haha, so I can't really give an answer on how long mine last.

What is the mould size and cake weight

I don't have brown color. What should I use instead? Cocoa powder? Or black color?

Complementary colors (red-green, yellow-purple, and blue-orange) make brown. So maybe you could experiment to test out a pair.
