You should try cooking the apples on the stove with sugar and cinnamon first ! Looks great.

if you don't cook apples before hand just use back of fork to break the diced apples into a puree then insert into apple turnover wrappers apple's will cook more easily as puree same effect I find (plus you mix up the sugar & spice)
