I was just thinking the same thing, as I'll be doing my daughter's hair the second method is easier to measure the tension on the scalp without compromising the look, plus I think its just easier

@@nkemjeffrey oh thanks for your encouragement but seriously it's just not for me sry. I don't have time I'm a workaholic my down time hair is the last thing on my mind. It would take about a month for me to finish that then it would be time to take it down. I don't mind paying to get my hair down braids or locs only I can't do those wigs that require to be installed need a lot of curling stying can't do that either I'm just not a to do hair person at all. I can put one of those cute glueless wigs on come home take it off shake it back in the bag it goes works perfectly for me 😄

I'm thinking you could use this method for braids as well just divide the hair after the feed in into three instead of two? My kids all have 4C hair and I'm going to have to start selling organs to pay for them to get it done every month lol trying to learn what I do know is from watching all three of them get their hair done for the last 10 years and I'm very close to their stylist

Yes but if you plan on using extensions watch about 90 videos because it's really hard to feed it in. She uses the rubber band to feed the extensions then which makes it a lot easier. But my son's having naturally long hair now so they don't have rubber bands with their twists

What type of hair is that you are using?

I’m still trying to figure out how to do the ends of the hair, It looked like she was threading it or something. I have never done so I would need to see that a little slower.

My daughter gets her significantly closer together And because her hair is past her shoulders we don't use as much extension so I would definitely say three and we go through 2 full packs
