Recipe for: Easy and delicious salad with crab rolls
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Eggs - 5 pcs. (boiled).
Crab rolls - 250 g.
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Corn - 200 g.
Garlic- 3 cloves (finely chopped).
A little fennel (finely chopped)
Squeezed milk - 100 g.
Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Finely chop the eggs, crab rolls and cucumber. Place all chopped produce in a large bowl. Add the corn to them. Season with a little salt and stir to combine well.
In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, mayonnaise, dill and garlic. Stir with a wire whisk to mix everything very well. Add this mixture to the bowl with the chopped produce. Stir again to combine.
Serve the salad with a sprig of fresh parsley.
