College students eat much better than I did in college! I remember frying bologna in a domed popcorn popper and hiding my toaster oven under something so the dorm leader didn't catch me in violation of the rules. But hey, I could have grilled cheese and bologna sandwiches in ten minutes!

This is great. I would love it if you would do more recipes for one or two people. As a single person I get overwhelmed with all the recipes for larger families. Thanks.

Meals for 2 would be AWESOME! I don't know how to cook for "less the 10" cause my daddy taught me how to cook. But but it's me, my hubby & sometimes our daughter, when she graces us with her amazing presence. So I don't need to make huge amounts of food. So meals for 2 would be amazing!

Yay!!! Yes, I decided that for things that need a crispy finish, I'd want the rack. Otherwise, if just baking like I would in the oven, I take the rack out. And I am so glad you are loving my cookbook! Thanks for supporting me!

We are getting our Cosori 4 qt on Thursday and hubby and I are trying to eat healthier. LOVE these recipes because they aren't fancy or complicated. We are retired and don't need or want anything expensive or "foo foo" so loved the recipes! Keep them coming.

Timely video! One of my older daughters came home for a visit, so I've been making small quantities of some things that my wife and youngest daughter won't eat. I found an interesting-looking sweet potato recipe, and modified it for one or two servings: 1 medium to large sweet potato, about a tablespoon each of brown sugar, oil (I used canola) and rosemary, and 1/4 cup chopped pecans (which I forgot). Cut the sweet potato into 1 inch cubes, mix with the other ingredients in a bowl until everything is well coated, and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 375F, shaking after 5 minutes. It was delicious, even without the pecans. Next time I cook this, in addition to remembering the pecans, I will probably spray some oil in the air fryer just to prevent sticking, as the carmelized sugar was a bit hard to clean out afterwards.

Cathy I bought the Cosori air fryer because of your videos and purchased your cookbook and love it. I would have loved a small section on reheating items. I had leftover restaurant garlic bread and Stromboli and was afraid I would burn it…..chickened out and used the microwave. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love your videos. I really wish you would review toaster ovens and smart ovens, like Breville, Cosori, etc. There are tons of them that I’m trying to figure out which one is best for me. I have the Cosori 5 qt LE air fryer but want to move up to a smart oven. 😊

I have a 4qt. air fryer that I suspect is an off brand of Cosori. Just about everything is the same, size, basket, digital readouts, wattage, etc. The name is Fabuletta and cost me about $69 on Amazon. I am an experienced air fryer user and had a top brand previously. That's why I love my "off" brand because it looks and performs like one of the top 10 brands in this category. I even use the Cosori air fryer cookbook that I downloaded. There's just 2 in our household so it's perfect.

Please do more one or two serving sizes for the air fryer. It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious what you think of the Lite air fryer compared to the Pro 3.7qt air fryer? I can see that the design of the Lite is sleeker but the Pro 3.7 is also a smaller unit that would be good for 1-2 people. I like that there is a removable basket in the Pro version and there are more pre-sets but is the technology in the newer "Lite" more advanced? Would the removable basket be handier than the tray at the bottom of the Lite version? Thanks for your input! I'm excited to get one ordered for myself as an early Christmas present!

Try adding a little salt to those chopped tomatoes before they sit and wait on the rest of the meal coming out of the air fryer. Easy addition of flavor.
