This is literally the exact same way I’m planning to do my own. It also makes no sense to me well companies at all the extra disconnecting air fittings onto the manifold it’s just extra bulk and one more place for it to fail. I really like that you added an air chuck to the end of one of the hose. this is something I’m planning on doing.

I built a 2 tire set (ran out of time) that I took down to the 4x4 Jamboree this past week. Worked a dream, although I used the crimp style clamp, if mine fails, each side is detachable, so I can run with just 2 tires at a time, and if I was worried about fixing it on the trail, I could just throw in a few screw type clamps and barbed connector, not worrying to 'fix it right' until I got home. Nice clean fittings you found, though... :)

Used this one at Winter Jam myself. The 4 tire system does my 35s from 12 to 28 in 4 minutes. I'm glad the cheap compressor is back. I wish I had done it years ago.

@@IronsideAdventures801 I'm new to the Jeeping, so I lucked out finding out about the NAPA inflator before spending more for less... :) Thanks for the videos!

The poly fitting will also fit too but you have to use a little bit of muscle n some heat also I found having the two hose be able to detach from the main body is a lot easier to store away n prevent kink

It's funny you say that. I used it twice and added the two quick release fittings. It is way easier to deal with being able to disconnect them. I'd highly recommend that to anyone doing this build.

if anyone uses the hose and fittings linked in the description i would recommend using the small dremel sandpaper bits to make the area you feed the hose through slightly larger. it is an extremely tight fit if you dont and, while possible to get through, will take a lot of time for each one (upwards of an hour). using the dremel from the bottom, up until the threads start will make feeding the hose through much easier and is still a very tight fit
