I personally dont use many Jumping techniques because I focus mainly on defeating my opponent than impressing my friends but to be honest, i should really 1st increase my stamina too during Kumite if I wanna use jumping techniques. This video really helped me grasp on the finer details for the jumping kicks so thank you and keep it up! 🎉

It helps for kata technique, foundation for flying knees or double knee kicks, etc. Also teaches a base for closing distance.
