If I built this far away from a village will it still work?

I built this close to a village and it worked for 3 golems before it stopped working. I even have extra villagers, beds and work stations (I have 3 types since I had already traded with a few)

When I say close, I mean I had to terraform a spot for it and get ride of a couple of villager homes

Make sure there are no caves around the farm And all villagers must be inside the farm and no villagers inside the village, and if the Iron Golem is spawned and alive anywhere other than inside the farm, it must be killed.

@@BlockbyBlock80 thank you so much for suggesting i look into the caves around. I found out that what I thought was a cave was more just a random hole. But then I remembered the pit/cave that I had built a staircase up from because when I first started, villagers kept falling into it. I went for my first real caving in this world and found a nitwit and 2 zombie villagers that must have never made their way back up! After coming back up for food, I went to check on the farm and it is working now! Thank you so much

I tested it and it works perfectly. Pay attention that after building the farm, there should not be any beds or villagers in the village, and you should kill all the Iron Golems.
