@@aquilae1670 I agree with that, both are. Just find it interesting how, even though it is literally the first answer, nobody seems to have paid attention to him saying that. Only want the man behind the channel to get proper credit, but I guess if he wanted that, he wouldn't stay int he shadows like that.

@@Astro_Guy_1 My impression was that he does the narration and the unnamed friend does the research and the script but it's unclear to me which one of them does the animations and drawings.

The channel has come so far! Thanks for all the great content Eastory, and I'm anticipating future videos!
Mad respect, cool to see how much work goes into your videos.
You inspired me to do your mapping style, you taught me a ton about the eastern front, you have come a long way, all I can say is thank you.
Pretty happy this channel got this popular! This was pure hard work that made it happen, you can tell just by the content
Glad you've come all this way! All of your videos are SUPER high-quality. I can binge them all day, and I just CANNOT WAIT until the next video with Rommel! Keep kicking!
Thank you for always making top quality videos Eastory 🎉
I began watching your videos since the Estonian War of Independence and since then I wondered how you managed to do these animations, and now that you have tought us, it is certainly going to inspire some people to make mapping videos like you. Thank you very much!
Honestly no one comes close you guys when it comes to mapping history. Thanks for all of the videos you guys have done and thanks for giving us an understanding of the complex movements and developments throughout the wars you have covered.
Great video, I always wondered how you managed to put together your complex (but fantastic) battle plans.
Thank you for your amazing map video, also congrats on 400k subs my bro 😀
This was the video I've been waiting for! Thank you so much, Eastory ;)
I just want to say, as cool as your map and grand strategy videos are, I loved your early videos, like the Georg Eiser one. Love love love your conent, hope to see more!
Thank you for the best map videos! Good luck with further work!
I don't think I really appreciated just how long you spend on these videos until seeing that tutorial, I love them even more now!
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH
Now that I know how you do videos you have my undying respect for making these videos. You´re the best.
Many MANY thanks for showing how you make your videos. It also reveals how much time, research, and effort goes into their creation. Not an easy task. You rock!
It was nice to "meet" you, after so many years of following the channel. :) And holyholyholyness, what a work to complete a video from the idea, through research and technical parts (Sisyphus would be stunned) to the complete video for me, lazy armchair-general. Hats off, man, you two deserve it, your resolve, hard work and the value you create.
Man I thought that you would've some simulators to run all of it. Didn't expect you to edit all of that masterpieces by hand. Cheers!
Thank you for your time and energy. This vid is great dude. Pleasure
Eastory will always be my favourite youtube channel in general despite the long time in between videos. Never stop please.
You did a great job with your channel. Holy hell it's good. Love the content and the maps
The amount of effort required hurts my soul but I love what you do. Thank you for this content.
Your work will be valuable for generations. Thank you!
Great channel! Congratulations on the milestone. Cheers from Tennessee
Thanks for the tutorial, since i first saw one of your videos i have always wonderd how you make them, and wanted to do my own. I appreciate your videos even more now when knowing how conplicated they are to make. 👍
I felt that when you said 20 hours for the map, your dedication is insane! I so much prefer working on modern maps so I can just export open street maps instead
This is awesome. Thank you for explaining the ropes!
Thank you for the advice and help! Cheers mate.
Tovarisch! Great work on the maps, looks super authentic! I thought that you were tapping some DB to move the units, a little bit dissapointed. Anyway, great job!
Your mapping videos are legendary thank you for making them
I am always happy when a new Eastory video drops!
Nice going I’ve been here since 50k and I loved seeing the channel grow

Your videos are SOOOO detailed! Love it! NEVER STOP!
You could definitely do this with the newer versions of Blender, but whatever suits you I guess. Thanks for the tutorial! :D
This brings appreciation for the time and effort put into making those videos. Great stuff. I bet there is more efficient way of making it. But hey if it works it works.
Love the video, here to 600,00 more subs! Your videos are extremely well done interesting and high quality.
Can i now really appricate the amount of hard work that goes into making these videos.
You deserve 100 million subs , so underrated 😢😢 . One of the greatest history channels . Really people who just read history in videos have millions of subs , but you struggle a lot for animation, content and videos, yet underrated to the core , EASTORY - an inspiration and fuel to my history hunger 🔥
Exactly what i was looking for. You are the goat 👍
This channel's mapping style is just too great. Damn...
We will all way support your work my man
Congratulations for the 400K!
Congrats on 400K!!!
Thanks, man, this is incredible!
As a GIS professional I salute you. Well done!
Hello Eastory, Congratulations on reaching 400k! You probably won't see this, but I was wondering if you would ever cover the Battle of Long Tan. It's a battle that isn't really discussed much. If you ever decide to cover the Vietnam War, I'd love to see a video on that. Also, again, congratulations on reaching 400k.
Would love to see a video of the Canadian campaign! Was also wondering if you would ever do a coverage timeline of sea and air campaigns?
very well done! Love the tutorial!!! Pants down basically. Much love from Germany
YOOOO really didnt think you only had 400K i thought you had 1 Mil with the quality of your stuff even a few years back the quality was superb

awesome dude, I can use this tutorial really well for my video's!
Very interesting to see how you create your videos and very cool that this is all achievable with free software!

Staggering amount of work. I've been a bit disheartened by how much awful stuff is on YT, boosted by the algo, etc., so it's great to see this as a counter to the rubbish. Your effort is appreciated.
Amazing!! thanks for all your hard work!
Would love to see a video covering China's 3 Kingdoms period! Thank you for doing the Q & A!
Now thats a lot of time for one video. You really deserved 400k subs. Could you make a video of the German attack on Norway?
I've been waiting for this forever and now i can finally rest in peace

thanks for your content! it's an amazing channel
I myself have dabbled in trying to animate a map and never did I think to use blender, neat.
Love Tallinn. Miss it so much
love your videos from the first one, super super job
is there really no easier way to make these battle maps?? Great going by the way for your dedication and effort
I would love a listening video, or audio only video about diaries from soldier. Would be easier to make and would be incredibly interesting
It was snowing alot in southern Finland too yesterday, I'm guessing Estonia had the same haha.
Congrats man you deserve it
Unexpected 🔥🔥
Don't let the fact that other channels have covered a topic stop you from also covering it. We're watching for your video style. Also you guys are probably subscribed to all the other history KZread channels. Most of us are not so we probably haven't seen those other videos.
Your stuff is great. Please do it more frequent.
Amazing, at first time I thing you was use After Effect but now I understand :))
Man I was waiting for this!
What brought me to this channel was the focus on Eastern Europe where in America we pretty much just learn about D-Day, Pearl Harbor and dropping atomic bombs not many here care about the eastern front or really go in detail about Estonia, Latvia etc.
I would love to hear more about the Canadian battalions
Nice to see you man!
