Right on country
Apparently the back up singer did something right to land being his back up singer.

seth u can't b perfect all the time!!
@doyouwantaspoon I agree. I think it is more the recording than his singing. I heard them do another one like this and he was spot on. I agree, without the harmony, songs get bland real quick : )
@doyouwantaspoon I agree. The back up isn't meant to overpower the artist. If that was the case, it would be Drew Belk (artist), not Easton Corbin. But I think he did a great job at harmonizing. Some people have an ear for it and some (who think it's horrible), don't.

Make no mistake I have an ear for it. I have been playing piano since the age of 8 and have taken advanced theory in high school with only four other people that got accepted into the class. I know how to compose, how to sing in tune and how to harmonize.

And in this case, the person beside him stole this show.

@crodan02 yeah the backup singer is a little bit loud, but trust me, it wouldnt be the same without it. the CD version would sound much more bland without any backup singing.
Tony Romo is doing country music now? 🤔

No it’s really not.
Damn, this is a funny video and I can ultimately “roll with it”, but honey as in Easton and in Corbin, you sang the entire song flat. Either Corbin had a rough night, or he is singing a tad bit out of his range. Never do that because you wanna be a better live player than you do as opposed to being a “studio player” like Tim McGraw. That guy cannot sing live.
