There is nothing quite like the cold concrete jungle cityscapes that we inherited from our Soviet invaders. These can be seen all over Estonia, not just in Tartu. However, having grown up in these parts of the city you can't help but feel warmth and nostalgia when walking past these gargantuan and featureless buildings.
