I love this blog everything was amazing. Concerning that lady, I work at an electronics shop, yes there’s a rule ya no refund but when a customer sends excess money or mistakenly pays twice we return the excess money because it hasn’t bought any products. I understand the no refund part but the part where you refuse to give back a customer’s excess money is just dumb cause you’ll lose a lot of customers with such silliness.
