Thousands of Republicans from across Belfast and beyond joined with the families of our patriot dead at this years commemoration on Belfasts Falls Road to commemorate the 97th anniversary of the 1916 Easter Rising and to remember all those IRA Volunteers who gave their lives in the struggle for Irish Independence. The main speaker at the Republican Plot in Miltown Cemetery was Mary Lou McDonald TD Vice-President of Sinn Féin.
