IAN has had some hardmen moments he drop Ali Osman , Andy hunter and Nick Holland. He also punch den, christian and masood. And beat up Steven and he also out muscled billy Mitchell. But most of his confrontations have been against Phil or other harder characters that's why he looks weaker like he does most of the time.

K R Martin's not that strong a lot of guys in the soap outmuscle him the most obvious one is kush in one scene they're transported whole toilets and Martin's complaining how heavy they are while only carrying one and kush comes out with two one under each arm and doesn't show any signs of struggling
