He is Radio Jockey and Anchor with Radio Pakistan (FM101) & television for several years and working as a resource person with different television channels on the issues of philosophy and theology.

    Most of the questions asked by Naeem didn’t even match Khurram Elahi’s intellectual depth. Would be great to see a debate between Syed Muzammil ( Nietzschean) and Khurram Elahi ( Iqbalist ).

    واہ مزہ آگیا۔ کافی مہنیوں سے یوٹیوب پر سکرولینگ کرتا رہتا اور چند منٹ بعد اسے بند کرلیتا کیوں مزہ ہی نہیں آرہا تھا۔ آج ایک گھنٹہ 20 منٹ ایک ہی نشست میں یہ پر لطف اور دلآویز گفتگو سنی۔ خرم الہٰی صاحب کو سننے کے بعد من چاہتا ہے اس دنیا کی ہلچل سے پرے کتابوں اور بابوں کی دنیا میں واپس چلے جائیں ۔

    Khurram Elahi has made a great point and he supports his ideas with dozens of references. I think his argument is quite valid as human mind can subsume loads of ideas and one can only get true understanding of things when one looks at it from multiple angles and perspectives ... Great discussion

    This person came to NUML Islamabad to address on the addiction of social media and most of the people noticed that he was addressing that topic on a broad perspective and most people would say that he went off-track but it was all relevant and he was like a strong magnet whom I couldn't take my eyes off. PS - I wanted to take a selfie with him but I couldn't do so because of lack of confidence.

    زندگی کو سمجھے کے لیے علم و سوچ کا کثیر الجہت ہونا ضروری ہے اس لیے تمام علوم کا مطالعہ کرنا چاہیے۔ زندگی کو صرف سائنس یا فلسفہ یا ریاضی سے ہی سمجھنا تنگ نظری کا باعث ہوسکتا ہے۔ اس معاملے میں یورپ اور مشرق کی مثال ہی لے لیں یورپ نے سائنسی کی بے پناہ ترقی سے یہ نتیجہ اخذ کیا کہ انسان ہی سب کچھ ہے اور انانیت کی طرف نکل گیا، مشرق نے سب کچھ خدا کے ہاتھوں میں دے کر خود عمل سے فارغ ہوا اور نظریہ جبر کی زنجیروں میں جکڑا گیا۔ خرم الہی آپکی بات بلکل درست ہے کہ تمام علوم کا مطالعہ انسان میں وسیع النظری اور کسی بات کو بہتر طور پر سمجھنے کی صلاحیت پیدا کرتا ہے۔ اسی طرح اگر ہم انسان کو صرف خارجی کائنات کا ایک کل پرزہ سمجھیں گے تو مادیت کی طرف نکل جائیں گے اور اگر کائنات سے منہ پھیر کر انسان اپنے اندر کی دنیا میں گم ہوگا تو اس دنیا کو ذلیل قرار دیتے ہوۓ اس سے منہ پھیر کے گا۔ مقصد اپنے نفس اور کائنات کے درمیان رابطہ اور توازن پیدا کرنا ہوا تو زندگی بہتر سے بہتر ہوتی چلی جاۓ گی۔

    ہر وہ چیز بیوی کی سوکن ہی ہوتی ہے جو خاوند کی توجہ بیوی سے ہٹا کر کسی اور طرف لگا دے۔ بیوی کو وقت دینا بھی ضروری ہے ورنہ یہاں بھی توازن کا فقدان ازواجی زندگی پر اثرات مرتب کرتا ہے۔ اگر مطالعہ زندگی کی ضرورت ہے تو بیوی کے ساتھ محبت اور توجہ سے پیش آنا دوسری ضرورت۔ میں بھی مطالعہ کرتا ہوں لیکن اس وقت جب بیگم سو رہی ہو یا پھر اپنی پسند کی کوئی فلم یا ڈرامہ دیکھ رہی ہو۔ اور اگر ڈرامہ قسط وار ہو تو پھر تو موجیں کیونکہ ایک قسط دیکھنے کے بعد بندہ دوسری قسط اور پھر تیسری اور پھر چل سو چل۔ اس طرح بندے کا مطالعے کا بغیر دخل اندازی کے موقع مل جاتا ہے۔ یہ بھی ہے کہ فلسفی کتنا ہی عالم فاضل کیوں نہ ہو بیوی کے معاملے میں بے بس ہی ہوگا۔ خرم بھائی آپ کے پروگرام کی ہر لائن پر کوئی کمنٹ بنتا ہے۔ یہ تو کمنٹس کی ایک کتاب بن جاۓ گی
