Sybert still knockin' out top tier content. Keep it man, for real.

Dimitri did a great job I thought and was a great showing from someone we don't see too often. That second game of the first set when Bike's MCV couldn't get deployed was so unlucky. Really thought Fut and Drive had game 7 there after knocking out Dimitri bought Bike some time to attack the South but got knocked out for it, however Bike then carried game 7 in a 2v1. Super Intense.

I bet Futurama's back hurts from how much he carried this series

Hey Sybert, next time you host such a tournament, make Bikerush a wildcard player - i.e. a team "summons" Bikerush to fight for them as a stand-in for a game and burns an "emergency summon" card. Make enough "summon cards" for Bike´s presence to matter, but not too many - this way you will get teams to actually manage their roster and plan for the tournament. Also, introduce a "no repeats" rule - i.e. a player cannot pick a faction 2 times in a row and must pick any other from the remaining two (a GDI flavour, a Nod flavour and a Scrin flavour). This way you´ll spare us from the GDI mirror meta and guarantee fun games.

How would I be able to host a tournament? Watching this makes me want to see a 4v4 with West vs East.

The series wasn't decided in the beginning, the tournament result was decided by that point, but the series isn't decided.

I say the name of every map at the start of the game. Maps are in the 1.02+ map packs available via Command Post: cgf-uploads.net/ You don't need to keep Command Post if all you want is the maps, but right now that's how any future updates are delivered.

Are zone troopers good? They are so fragile... I don't quite understand why they get the job done sometimes. Is that because your enemy often don't have anti-infantry firepower at the frontline?

Yeah they're a late game vehicle killer. Great for flanks or if your opponent doesn't have strong air.

It's because of the late game Jugs, but Imho it's just the shifting meta. Other turnaments will play out differently in the future.

GDI has always had a very strong late game and in the current moment that's how everyone is playing, partly because of maps and partly it's just the meta right now. It also feels like most players are good at defending early game aggression so unless you have a good early/mid game attack it's just a rush to the late game.

Other tournaments have rules for factions. This particular one doesn't and that's fine. Not every tournament needs to have rules about faction choice.
