Awesome video and the liquify play is super cool! Thanks for making and sharing this!! 🙌🏽
You're a lifesaver, most most short and useful trick to apply graphics I've seen on youtube mate, Thanks love from india.

simple yet effective, thanks!
very simple, very quick, very realistic, thank you.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I haven't tried the technique yet, but Photopea does appear to have the liquify filter. Can you do a video about adding glare to a glass picture frame?
you explain really well and its easyly to follow,, thank you for sharing your skills,,, greetings here from the philipines....
A really big "Thank you"! I have like 1.2k files to place on some black or white tshirts and this video saved me a lot of time. I was using a more complicated technique, that was double as time, and in the end the final result was not so realistic. Thank you!

How can you do this with a video mockup? Like use your own video with a t-shirt model like they do on Placeit? Or, is there another program for this?
Nice job.. clear expression! 👍

Perfect!
if we have many design, can we just change picture without all editing again?
❤❤
I've seen two other good videos that both use different methods to make a realistic mockup. One thing they both did, that you didnt, was to do it in a way to be able to use any design to get the effect by making the design a smart layer.

That's great! Could you link the videos please?
Why not use the displacement function?
Thanks.

Not bad, but it would be better to use the displacement effect to have the greases and folds from the shirt displacing the art.
When I set it to Use: Background the mockup image completely disappears. 100% gone. I've played with the sliders and everything.
Nice technique but can you replace the smart object with a new design and retain the effects?

I have the same question!!!
Has anyone tried this process in Affinity Photo? What were your results? That is the software I have. I am going to try and get it working.
someone help me, it just show shirt with no design image (1 layer) :( how can i fix it ?
Can you do this on Canva somehow??
Mockups link plz
yeah but what if u upload the design and u want to move it on the mockup? or make it look bigger?

white color different result

Yup doesn't work for some colors. For white, adjust the black slider toward the white. Haven't figured out how to do green and red yet.
Has anyone come across an issue trying todo this technique with a colored shirt?
What if the clothes are colored ? , then when you use curves it doesn't look like shadow

@abdurrazaqadinugraha7468

@@edmundseizentals3831 I used this method, but for the shadow part, I did it manually with a solid black shape given a Gaussian blur effect, then erased using the selection tool

It's also done wrong. He liquifies instead of offset map and didn't extract highlights and shadows on shirt. Been doing this 30 years, the process here is really clunky
@ranakatan

Yes, it's a bit tedious but you have full control. Also, he really should've done the warping with a displacement map.

I think when we mention that this is wrong, the most important thing is suggestion of the right method?
