I 100% agree with itzu on the level 10 wave master ability. Having rng mechanics in a game like this is a very slippery slope that you don't want to go down because it feels really bad and oppressive when the enemy gets 3-4 stuns in a row and I get 1 in every 6-7 hits. Same thing happened back when the beta launched and pekka was meta and there would be times where my opponent would get like 3 crits in a row which absolutely destroyed my tanks but then my pekka would never get crits

To me pekka or mini pekka is not that big of a deal. Because they are minis which have impact but not even close to as much impact as a lvl 10 hero ability

Great video as always! The way the 20% works is that every time the wave master attacks, he has a 1in 5 chance of stunning. So he can theoretically stun 10 times in a row, but he can also go a whole round without stunning. It's like rolling a 5-sided die every time he attacks.

Ive actually started to see this a lot recently. I’ve been using fisherman to help combat that strategy. Doesn’t work every time but I get a fighting chance at least.

they should nerf healing ranger but make it prioritize heroes to target with the super and then the closest mini when the hero is ded. For mini pekka the dissipate should be on every other attack, So I could atleast enjoy using my barb king.

How you you beat shield maiden decks with the Archer queen?

it is just because when he stun you notice it more often, there are time where WM don't do anystun but seldom people would notice it

As soon as i play this deck i never go against wavemaster 😂 i was literally in a rumble with 7 wavemasters last night playing shield maiden, lets just say my shield maiden never got to use my ability

I accidentally found that by changing lane and I had no time to move the musketeer

Been using a super similar archer queen deck and was wondering why i felt like the only person who found wave master underwhelming.

I feel like the queen deck only works with level 10 ability cuz the boast is op... would it still wor with my level 5 queen? I also find it interesting that you use giant skeleton even though it can get healed by healing ranger, is that why you put the healing ranger in front of the queen so it would only heal the queen (troops walk away)?

attack speed, stun, bonus damage in most cases.

20% doesn't seem like a lot but it is in this context because the wave master hits so fast, thus increasing the chances a ton

what should I do if they have the bowler? I just pray for the 50% chance he don't put at the same line with my queen?

sadly, the strat doesn't work with shell jumpers or minis like prince or miner

Wavemaster is easy to beat with an Archer Queen deck. It is tougher against the Countess. Also musketeer and healing ranger combo is unbeatable. :)

@@itzugaming-clashmini haha no worries buddy. Was my first time really playing him. Hadn't played the game for 2 weeks with being ill. I'm not a massive fan of the WM I think hes a pretty boring hero, a lot of matches seem to go to sudden death I find 🤔

You can easily beat this set up with a one star Spear goblin

Its 20% of not stuning lol. I agree with these percentages complain, just like the damage increased on mini pekka, the lucky overcomes the ability or positioning this way, the dissipate is 100% (very solid, annoying sometimes, but it's 50/50) but double damage no, and also the stun, this kinda dont make sense to me, if they put like 50% of chance i really think that should goes like, one hit double one hit normal, as like if its 20% it should go 1/5. Just like the wizard, 50% reduce of healing, its just solid also, not lucky.

Oh dude and other thing: i really do be losing to guys with level 10 heroes on the clock, just because level 10 heroes have so much life, and apparently as i see, on the sudden death who wins is the one that have the mini or the hero with the most life individually, not in group, so this way it becomes very hard to beat high level heroes, basically if you have your hero with the life at 9 and a mini with the life at 5 its 14 on total, and if the enemy have a level 10 wave master with the life on 12 per example you will lose, this happens frequently. English is not my native language so sorry if it's hard to read.

A few days after the trophy reset happened I also got into a rumble match with itzu. He clapped me in the first round considering he had already a level 8 wave master and mine was only level 3 I unfortunately lost the second round so I was already out but I got to go against itzu again and somehow managed to outplacement him and took the round
