You need to buy your inventory directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor and then provide Amazon with the invoice (not a receipt) to get brand approval.

Hey man, I am just starting out. How will the supplier actually listen to me in terms of improving the product. Is it normal for some suppliers to just not listen, resulting in looking for a different product.

It's hard to say without more details but generally speaking, competitive niches are extremely expensive to break into as I discussed in the video. Even if you have the best product, if you can't afford to compete during the product launch to get your listing ranked onto the first page, you will still lose.
