The 5th skill is activated by buying shard or getting it from tormentor, really important spell for necro so he can move around, it's like mini blink or force staff :)

Yeah thats definitely low ranking. Enemies going in fights one at a time, taking most of the range creep cs from your carries, no mage slayers, no map awareness 😂. This is an extremely old build, still sometimes works, until you bump into counter pickers lol
