Ingredients:
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 &1/2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup water
4 cups All purpose flour
