Good video thanks for recommendation. I would like to share one myself. Use a leather conditioner after cleaning. Helps your bags last longer. I use white vinegar in my wash. It's a water softer helps with color transfer. I like that MK bag too!

Just used your method to clean my off-white color lacoste bag ❤ It had those demin color transfered on the bag, just like yours and it worked!! You saved me! 😅😅 Thanks so much for this video even it's 4 years old!

Have you considered treating the problem at the "core"? To stop your jeans from transferring color on your shoes, bags or anything else, put them in a basin of cold water with a cup of white vinegar (turn them inside out first) and let them soak overnight. Then wash them normally. It's a trick to color-fast any color-bleeding.

Evelyn Wijaya you should be ok, it doesn’t contain and lightening agents. Vinegar does soften as well

OMG!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you...... I was looking for a video on how to clean my white leather furniture, came across this one and if I didn't tried myself I would of never believed it. I do have these erasers at hand, I wet mine in hot water squeeze it out and wipe, I couldn't believe how much dirt was on my furniture.

Just tried this after my girlfriend's new black coat had left bad staining on my cream leather car seats after it had gotten damp walking in fine drizzle last night. Tried using washing-up liquid with warm water & sponge at first as was afraid to use chemicals or anything harsh, but had no affect. Gave this a go & 'BINGO', stains gone! It is a great cleaner, but it will scratch leather , dry it out or remove the leather color. Use it with some Cadillac conditioner on the sponge and be REALLY gentle😮

Yes, that happened to my white purse. Took the finish off so I had a purse that had rough, dry patches.

Keisha'slivingit I bought a pink tea rose Coach crossbody and I'm terrified of trying the magic eraser on it. The denim transfer looks so bad. I guess if you were able to use it on your Chanel, I shouldn't have a problem on mine!

I bought Coach cleaner and it still couldn’t get out the denim stains in my white purse. Going to try this right now! I will update this comment on how it goes UPDATE: It worked better than Coach leather cleaner! It didn’t 100% clean it but it totally made a huge difference! I would suggest it

Thanks great video just be careful using melamine sponges as they can remove the finish from it too. I wouldn’t continually use it on it. I would find a way to color lock my denim or get better jeans that don’t transfer and just wear lighter colors or different materials.

Himanshi Hurria Tough problem. I recolor and repair leather professionally. Turmeric, like anything that stains powerfully, passes into the leather finish easily, like inks and dyes. If your leather has no protective finish (absorbs water) then this cannot be cleaned. If it is water-resistant, then you can try a liquid leather cleaner or the the magic eraser (gently). If that doesn't work, the stain has penetrated past the surface, and you'll need professional help to recolor the spot or the whole bag. To discuss, email me at leathercareandcolor@gmail.com.

Just beware using a magic eraser essential sands down your leather so it won’t last as long in the long run and will eventually disintegrate it

What happens if the magic eraser doesn’t work? I’ve tried a few remedies like yours and my color transfer is still on there. 😳

I don't own any patent leather, so I would not know... I would try it on a small area, not so noticeable before applying to the entire area!

nmssis I definitely would not do this to Patent! I would not use it on very high quality soft leather, like a CHANEL lambskin. The magic erasers work by remove a fine layer of the top leather, it would remove the shine from Patent. Patent should be stored in a pale dusting as it leeches colour from items it is left touching (which is not fixable).

so. i have my white/black purse and my blue bag with my food for work and today i was going out and i look at my purse and i see all this blue on it. how have i not noticed before? i mean, i know that my bags are always side by side and i don't look at them all the time, but i would think that i would see a big ole blue spot on my white purse. so i go out - also, it was super hot today - and by the end of the night, i'm on my way home, i look at my bag and the blue is even more! what the hell happened. i literally just found out that my jeans had transferred half that color on my bag! i had never thought of it before, i had never had white purses and i had always had shoulder purses (instead of crook of arm purses). i managed to take the majority of the color off with micellar water and lysol wipes, but i'll definitely try Mr Clean and I will keep my bags separate from now on!

There wasn't on the red or pink handbags, but I wouldn't try it on very soft leather again, my small brown bag had some of the shinier coating come off. Wouldn't recommend on more delicate leather

I think the little purse is in lamb skin, kind of butterly leather, you should use leather conditioner to moisture the purse first before using magic eraser

You are very welcome, just share what I learnt from KZread. The little purse is so delicate and magic eraser too tough to the leather, get a leather conditioner to moisture the purse (except patent leather) regularly is good for caring. Just moisturize the bag and leave it overnight before cleaning will help❤️
