Now that you've got your perfect TOOL, I recommend squeezing the potato and putting in a bowl with a little flour, dried herbs of your choice including dried garlic, plus salt and pepper. Bunch into rough handfuls and cook like that. Sticking the potato together a little is easier to eat. Superb.

I’ve read all the creative ways that people incorporate the word TOOL into their comments, and unfortunately my ability for truly witty commentary is pretty limited, which is why Harry has the hilarious KZread cooking channel and I sit on my couch and watch while I eat what is left of last night’s Thai (still good). But I do really want to win that book, and I’m planning on stealing this steak and chips method for when we go to Dwellingup next month so I can impress my everything-he-does-he-nails friend while he whips up a 32hr slow cooked spinach flambé frittata on a 96 year old kerosene stove from Canada. So, in my final desperate attempt, Please may have a book 😊 See you on the tracks Harry 👍🏼
