How to verify that Prawns are cooked properly?????

Tried this recipe with prawns and mushroom both, both times yum yum!! Option for vegetarians too!!

I made this today and its delicious ❤️ thank you

it's overcooked in the video if prepared this way..better take prawns off the pan once turned slightly orange and re-join when the sauce is done.

It actually also depends on the size of the prawns which naturally correspond to the time & heat to which they get cooked ....and it could always be a personal choice ....he cooked it to his liking

I agree. 4-5 minutes on High flame is a bit too much for these small sized prawns.
