EDAIC if you want to practice anaesthesia and EDIC if u want to practice intensive care medicine Both are good and both are well recognised

Primary frca McQ is online Edaic part 1 is offline But primary frca osce and soe happens only in Royal college of anaesthetists London ( this s after passing primary frca McQ) Edaic part 2 can be taken either online or offline as of now

difference between EDIC and EDIAC? Is EDIAC needed for non anesthetists.

Can we work as an anesthetist in UK after clearing both parts of edaic and getting gmc registration? Or giving FRCA part 2 is mandatory?

Write in third year dude Definitely u can’t write it with just 3 months in anaesthesia U r not even eligible for the exam

Mcqs with good explaination is enough if u know something about the topic If u don’t have any idea about the topic, better to read little theory too

Paper A in the morning and paper B in the afternoon There will be gap of 1 to 1 and half hour time between the two papers Each paper has 60 MTF type of questions Paper A is basic sciences ( physio, pharma, physics, stats and anatomy) Paper B is clinical anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Good luck

I don’t think so MD or DNB is must U can write only part 1 of edaic during residency, u need to finish MD or atleast DNB to write part 2

MTF meaning multiple true false type of questions and SBA is single best answer type which s not given in EDAIC MTF type meaning there will be a question with 4 to 5 options , u have to comment either true or false for every option of a question
