Out of all the things that would scare me, the damm state of Minnesota just had to leave me shook. It's a damm state. It's the fucking shape of the State of Minnesota that scares me. The EAS equipment would actually REJECT the EOM if it was broadcasting an EAN.

Well it would reject the EOM because it can be an accidental deactivation. It's easy to send out SAME tones by mistake, so you can do the same with EOMs.
