I think this is the best kitchen yet. The Saltillo tile runner was my favorite part. My only con for the house is no dining room but that's the client's choice.

Wow! That primary bedroom with the meditation space is epic!!! The way you designed it with the fireplace in the middle… truly mind is blown and I HAVE to have that in my next house! Bravo!

I love all the board and batten walls. Is the sheetrock textured? Or is it flat? I have Monterey Drag textured walls and I am trying to figure out if I need to cover the texture to do the batten walls. Or if I can just go with it!

Ive always disliked short videos but some of these long ones I have to break up to keep my ADD interest. This one looks so different from the typical look so will try to watch it all.

Spectacular, especially the entryway. Can you give more details when discussing your designed kitchens. For example in this home you use 36" wide drawers for all base cabinets...in smaller kitchens this size works in addition to some narrower bases for ease of opening... your thoughts on this... Also, are the kitchen cabinet fonts plyboard (they look to be). Also in the entryway the three globe pendants are wonderful but in a standard size home recessed lights would aid illumination.... thoughts on this...

Hi Sara! Thank you so much for watching! Every kitchen is different, but don't be afraid to mix small and large drawers! The kitchen cabinets are white oak! Yes, in a standard height entryway space home recessed light can give off plenty of light, but don't give up on a good lighting moment! 🖤

Beautiful house and design. It's funny to me that the owner didn't want a formal dining room bc its wasteful but has a 2nd kitchen is not. Both which you'll probably only use once in a while. Some of these 2nd kitchens are huge. But hey, I'm all for people doing whatever they want in their homes and money. This is why I prefer a closed kitchen. Anyways love it, especially the dining and pool bathroom. Kiddie sink is so cute.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful! Question: We have a newly built home in CA. regarding the ceiling treatment/beams, does AZ. require Fire Sprinkler in new builds? The reason I ask, recently I asked a contractor if we could put some type of ceiling treatment to giving home a little bit of an edge. The contractor mentioned because we have Fire Sprinklers in our ceiling, we wouldn’t be able to do anything for our ceiling. I’m the type of person that doesn’t take no for an answer. What are your thoughts? Thank you!
