Wheather the both sides neutral is grounded in a ZnYn11 earthing transformer?

Thank you for your comment. Both side neutrals are grounded.Primary side is grounded through a NCT to operate relay. Secy. side neutral earthing is not shown here to highlight the use of E/T. Generally, Secondary side i.e, E/T is loaded in case of exigencies. Please watch the video again. Also pl. watch other videos of the channel. Thank you.
