Hello 😊 a question, in the settings part of our Studypool account there is a section that says Billing in English, is it mandatory to add in that section all that information that they request depending on whether credit or debit cards or PayPal would be used? .. or simply when you withdraw your earnings do you go directly to Western Union and do not fill in that section in the settings? I hope you can understand me and respond. 😊

i think notes and solved papers of maths and science would be sold the most since maximum all of the high school students and higher students are weak in those subjects. Economics would do too.

As far as I know, pwede naman pong picture lang as long as it is clear and readable po 😊 pero personally speaking, mas better pong docx or pdf na naka type para mas madaling makakuha ng attention ng potential buyers ng docs mo po 😊 I actually uploaded my 21 docs earlier this day and it got approved after 1-2hrs. Nag upload pa po ako ulit and still waiting to be approved po. 😊

Ate why po yung akin approved na man yung docs pero zero balance pa din?

How did you withdraw the payment po? I mean saan po icoconnect yung paypal account? Sa may billing settings ba?

How to tag or categorize your uploads? it says on the instruction that you need to specify or categorized each upload, but after uploading and being approved their is no way you can categorized each document.

Old comment, but you can change it by clicking 'my uploads'. You can see some pen icons beside the files that you uploaded. You can only change it AFTER your files are approved.

I uploaded my documents and approved almost 2 month ago but when i search the documents that I uploaded can't appear as search result on the notebank. I informed to the studypool team this some of them says add tags, strong title... I done all this but still not appear again I informed them then they said they are having backlog documents to be indexed and to wait some days they said me this almost more than 1 month. I just give up and leave it. Is there anyone who have this problem and got fixed?

Hey, I had the same problem just uploaded my documents yesterday and today when they got approved they wouldn't show up in the search but I think this is because there are so many results that it may not show up right away.

@@xeno9161 No it isn't the reason because we know the exact title of our documents we know every specific words that we gave to our documents it should appear at the top and to be sure you can also try by putting the university in the right of the search bar. Let me know the result please!
