I would also like to ask if you have the 2018 timetables for the Valga - Riga / Riga Daugavpils service that you rode on in 2018 and see if you could send a screenshot. You might also want to try the roof of Kristiine Keskus' (mall) parking lot.

Google is your friend, use it.

The routes make no sense to me, seems like a waste. Why have a separate train to Paldiski and Kloogaranna, there's like 4km distance between them - Kloogaranna has a population of 121(!) and Paldiski 3,500, absolutely tiny places. Starting to think this is all just to burn through government subsidies as in no way are these routes economical. Bus the Estonian government is known to burn cash like there's no tomorrow...
