Another great video from the Classic champ! "They either bite it, or they don't" so true about Fall buzzbaits! Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely my favorite bait! War Eagle buzz toad. The gold blade is my confidence buzz! It just catches them. Yea caught some big ones on lake Fork weekend before last in the middle of the day.
The production and info on your videos is first class and getting better. Thanks

Very informative video and always enjoy hearing fishing nuggets from Jason Christie!!
I'm glad you done this video. It's very informative. I have never had any luck with the buzzbait. But listening to you gives me a better insight on how I should be fishing it.
Love the content buddy. Rigging for in the morning and just tied one on. Perfect time to drop this vid. confidence just went thru the roof!
I love this video. I have not thrown a buzz bait all year and have kinda forgot about it. I will be tying one on today and I can't wait to get out and give it a try.
Great channel Jason!! Lots of solid tips!
Great job explaining it I've tried it a few times but just can't get into it sure will give it a try again thanks
Always awesome JC.
So funny you mentioned the earring backs. I use those for keeping soft plastics pinned also. Good tip!
Great video. This was a topic that I needed to pick up some tips on. Thanks for the information. I am looking forward to the Seminole tournament, I will be there to cheer you on. I know a few spots on that lake that are real good in February.
Great video Jason !
Good stuff JC🐟🐟🐟
Thanks Jason. Buzz baits are just a fun lure to fish. Sometimes almost hypnotic. I bet if you would have picked up your spinnerbait you would of been back in business. Back to back you got this.
Great information 👍 Thank you for sharing.
Love watching you work on the deck of the boat and my favorite angler! Awesome breakdown on the buzz bait and when and where to throw it, really helps out, thanks Jason! 12:48 was waiting on one to blow up on that little point lol looked so good!

dude's like a new Bill Dance show. good stuff!👍
Thanks for a good video. I like bass fishing too and hopefully in N.Y. State here the winter will be cold and I'll be doing some ice fishing for bass.
It all really depends on where you are, although LMB’s aren’t big up in the northern states, I just smashed my PB with a 5 LB on a Texas Creature Rig using Watermelon Pumpkin colors in a clear but green murky weeded pond. Caught it in 45 degree rising to 50 in MN, the bass in my pond are so finicky, but all it takes is an aggressive reaction. I was chasing it along the walkway dock, tossed my bait just passed it and my line crossed it’s back making it do a 180, then crawling it as it inches closer and closer, never in my life have i sat for a minute straight until it took. 😅
Great video
I know it's gonna be a great video when JC puts something out. Hit like while I was watching the O'Reilly's auto parts ad for wiper blades lol

The man, the myth ,the legend...
Excellent
I'd 100% be throwing a swim jig in all that. Buzzbaits and pads go together in my brain
Great video and information! I think the last 30 seconds had the most wisdom for me to take in....learn when to put a bait down. I am really bad about sticking with a bait I want to fish for 2-3 hours (or more) without a bite.
@hanburgundy4317

I tend be the opposite lol I'll try something new for a half hour, max, before I get antsy and start throwing the spinner bait 😅
I ran a little test last Sunday, I ran the buzz bait about 3 feet below the surface and they went for it. Originally I was juat goofing off wondering is a fish would bite and sure enough, caught about 6 running it under the surface like a spinner.
Great content, as always! I don't know if you are comfortable talking to the camera or not, but your videos have a way of making me feel like I'm in the boat with you and we're just fishing. You fill all the sponsor obligations in a very subtle, but very effective way, that doesn't take away from your connection to the viewer. it's very easy to lose interest when guys start talking about all their equipment and why it's the best and why you need to have it. I'm not knocking that approach, because it has worked for a long time, but your content and marketing is actually very refreshing...in my opinion. Thanks and keep it up! On the fishing aspect of this...I don't know if ive ever gone 2 hours throwing the same bait, without a bite. After 10 mins with no bite, I'm switching to something else. Sometimes, I do wonder if I'm switching to soon and/or too often. Any advice?

Appreciate it. We try to cut all the bull and give you what you need. That’s always the million dollar question. All I can say is if you aren’t feeling a bait or have lost confidence in it, it’s time to put it down.
Have a question for you what type of tackle storage boxes do you have your baits in.??
Looks like hwy 10, great area!!
I was catching em out on bolders in 10 ft on a little Buzzbait like that
Thanks for the tips ! 🙏🏻✝️😍
More and more tournament fishermen are going to wrapped metal boats. your Epress Boat looks great
Jason you have said that you love to teach and it is very evident in your videos. I learned a good bit from this video and will implement the tips you provided. Hope all is well with you and your family! Thanks again and take care.

Mr.Christie im a fellow Oklahoman and im just wondering if you have any go-to tips for bank anglers in our state? Congratulations on bringing the Classic home you have earned it!
@Christiefishing
Жыл бұрын
A lot of what I’m teaching can be applied to the bank. Pay attention to casting angles. Throw down the bank, not straight out and fish around structure.

@@Christiefishing Thank you. Good luck in the Classic in 2023. 🐐
Great video! I have a couple buzzbaits in the tackle box, but haven't thrown em much - being stuck on land without a boat, I feel like the loud top water baits blow up a spot if the fish don't like it and turn the bite off when something more subtle might work, but with a boat your method makes perfect sense. I tend to burn spinner baits right below the surface so that they boil every now and then, but it seems there's a definitive difference between spinners, chatter baits, and buzz baits. I'm getting a Kayak this spring, so I'm definitely going to try these other presentations this year

Edwin Evers is having the same problem. I got notified of winning a monthly drawing I just needed to pay for shipping. Edwin made an announcement on one of his videos that he would always announce winners on his videos and never ask for money. I think that’s your only recourse Jason. Just announce this is happening on the channel and make people aware.
