Imagine watching a full 2 hour movie generated by this tool with shallow prompting and minimal human intervention. It is kind of computer assisted torture. However, there is no turning back now and I expect the advancements in this tech area to be quick and remarkable.

Very cool! And yes there is very much weather in space. Any time there's a solar flare you'll have elevated radiation that with current tech, you'll have to take shelter in a radiation shielded shelter. Thanks for the demo vid. 👍

I think you need to make another "starting AI from scratch" video. I took a break from half a year and even I now don't know where to start. I'd love an updated series starting from initial install to most necessary addons (posing, same face, etc) I can't even wrap my head around which AI and interface combo is best now. Is it SD + Comfy?

For a start, A1111 is outdated these days, SD WebUI Forge is a superior version of it in every way. If you want customisation, slighty more advanced techniques, power and are comfortable with nodes and all the potential issues they bring, then ComfyUI is probably for you. If you simply want to generate images (and video) without any of the workflow hassles, then I recommend Forge. Both are about equal in terms of speed and while it's true that Comfy is more powerful, that doesn't make it better, it all depends on what you want. The resulting output is the same. Of course, these all require you to own a system capable of running them but they are free. If you don't have that then I guess you're left with Midjourney or Dall-E 3 but there may be others. Hope that helps and doesn't confuse you more.

@@Elwaves2925 I too, took some time off, everything was just moving so fast, I wanted it to settle down before I started learning again, I have still been paying attention, I love the jokes, now that video generation is almost there, I figured it was time, so I built a nice new machine, tried to get back into it, but alas, my machine is AMD, I had to install a fork of Auto 1111 and use Zluda and ROCM, so now I am truly starting from scratch. I built a more powerful machine so I could run locally, any help, even a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Well, and the obvious stuff like loras, inpainting, upscaling, etc. I'd like to try animate the images I created but never done it. Will forge be good for that? As for system, I have 4070 12 gig, it was good enough for A1111 last summer

​@@Aisaaax In that case, Forge would work very well for that with your card. It's what I do too and I've only just started dabbling with video. Forge comes with ControlNet and other extensions built in so you'd be off to a great start. I'd also recommend installing the manual version, not the 1-click version, as it's more compatible with other extensions. There are lots of tutorials out there for installation, if you need them. It also looks exactly like A1111 and uses the same settings, so you'll be familiar with it. You could do that with Comfy too but then you'd have to deal with nodes and they aren't for everyone. You could try both and see which suits you better. 🙂

Yes, there is weather in space. However it isn't weather like we conceptualize it, it's more along the line of Micro-meteor swams/showers, Radiation or solar flares, Pulsar pulses and now due to humans leaving their crap everywhere we now have a debris field around earth. Just a few examples. Course that last example is only local.... so far.

I'd say the realistic visuals are a bit disappointing. That being said the animation style video looked super sharp. Great content man! ❤

I'd consider 'solar flare' or 'meteor shower' to be space weather.
