Just wanted to say that you are very, very good at this. I was asleep by the 4 minute mark and came to for a second when you said if you are sleeping I hope this doesnt wake you up. I fell right back out for a good couple of hours of extremely restful sleep. Just wanted to say thank you.

what hits the trigger for me is the transition from one side to the other, the fading in and out. when i close my eyes, i kinda visualize the position of the sounds around my head. it tickles from my nape to the top of my head. most asmrtist don't utilize the purpose and features of 2 mics, most of them just swiftly strafe side to side and silence in between - this is still effective if they are actual audible whispers, some call it "anticipatory tingles". *heather feather* does it best for me so far. but if it's just pure sounds, i would love the transition, instead of silence in between, it's like having a broken earphones that randomly works in alternate. i just thought i'd share my experience because asmr really helps me sleep, and i don't prefer sleeping meds. thanks for this video. it's great! ❤

Ye sleeping meds make me have bad nightmares and I have sleep problems so asmr helps it’s like my friend has this thing where he can’t sleep with a sound playing or like the tv playing in the background. This is for me
