Hi Andre, From the hygiene appointments, what we do just click the icon of waking person as a quick walk out, add the services if need be, then save and close. To do a quick walk out like that, do you see any problems with this? Thank you.

The optimal situation is the Patient is scheduled 6 months ago with the Exam prophy and any needed imaging. That way, THOSE services can be posted to the walkout in the chart. In theory, if all that was scheduled was done, FWO could be done without issue. Adding the services "today" works but should have been done.
Hi Andre! thank you for this video... question regarding STEP #5 "Add Payment Button." We currently don't do that; we clic on "account payment" and sometimes, the amount will distribute to other services from another appointment it's very frustrating to manually distribute payment to the correct service completed today. My question is -- if we use the "ADD PAYMENT" Button, will it resolve this issue?!

Sorry. Didn't see your question here. The Add Payment will distribute payments made to services in THAT Walkout. Balances beyond that are distributed to "oldest balance first"

AWESOME addition Betsy: Before Step 6, select the box for Print Walkout Statement. This will allow you to generate a Walkout Statement ("Receipt") after you save the Walkout. If you get a request for a Receipt AFTER the fact, you can highlight the Service(s) and Payment(s) from that day, then click Smart Invoice. This will generate a Walkout Statement. Changing your printer (File>Printer Administration) to "Microsoft Print to PDF" would allow you to generate a PDF that could be attached to an email if requested.
Can you tell me how you get all of the rooms to show on the schedule at once ? We only have 5 that show.

There is a setup option for the number of "chairs" to show. Best to check the Facebook group Andre's Eaglesoft Field Guide for a set by step instruction

Why did you “remove from appointment” the 4BWX versus “Delete” them from the plan/accepted chart?

Because bitewings will be used for NEXT visit if refused today (or the patient will be dismissed)

@@TheCrewProcess we only take BWX every 12 months (for most patients), not every 6 months. I was just thinking if it was deleted, then the chart ledger would look cleaner and there would be less likelihood to duplicate it a year from the FMX appointment.

@@brianforeman481 if you only do 12 months then the same applies. If they were scheduled for BWX it would have been that 12th month visit. If they said "no" it's STILL due on next visit. No difference in my previous statement
