He was my childhood sports hero. I was blessed to meet him at an autograph show several years ago. He was so nice to me and my family. Unforgettable.

I been an Eagle's fan since I was 10 years old and Randall Cunningham was my hero as well to me the baddest man on the planet, I'm 66 now and still an Eagles fan forever; we're in good hands with Jalen Hurts a true unselfish pure leader with attributes like Randell, so great for them to meet, and have their jersey swopp, truly awesome 👍 Birds Forever......

Seeing what a genuinely great dude Randall is, that’s my favorite play! Grew up watching him and now in my 40’s it’s fulfilling to see a role model actually be the man you thought they were. Listening to him talk about his teammates shows how unselfish he was and how much he cared about people. Thanks Randall for ALL of the memories, new and old!

Loved how most of his highlights ended with him saying "I glad they caught the ball, because otherwise we wouldn't be talking about this play. He was just past my time so I never got to watch him play but i'm so happy that he a QB for the Eagles!

​@sarvantes1 I loved 5 but as a skill position guy my whole football life I loved & admired T.O from afar so when I heard he was coming it was like a dream come true for a 9 year old boy the way 5 ruined that connection & Superbowl changed my view on him, hell of a player but T.O is top 3 All-Time at his position.

Randall was a pure winner, strong arm smart, athletic, fast and great ahead of his time. Well respected around the NFL. ... Not winning a Superbowl didn't make him a looser; ask Dan Marino, Dick Butkus and many more greats that never got a chip , they were well respected by their peers and that's what matters the most

This man is the reason I LOVE football. 9 year old DelCo kid his rookie year, watching the way he moved, escaped, and would just launch that ball (or kick) filled my childhood heart with joy.

Love the honesty from Randall on his famous punt. Never got to see him play but I respect him even more now than I always have.

​@@firingallcylinders2949I'd even argue Wentz in his 2017 year was some fun football to watch. That was when his hero ball worked....then the league figured him out. Still got nothing on the QBs you mentioned, but in terms of sheer entertainment value, that one season for QB play should be noted.

My all-time favorite player. Never been a more exciting player in my opinion. Vick came close, but Randall ran like a gazelle and had a canon for an arm. He would dominate today’s NFL. Rich Kotite ruined our shot at a Super Bowl by forcing him to stay in the pocket where he got injured in the first qtr of first game the year we had the most dominant D and great offense w Randall at the helm. He revolutionized the QB position. Still mad at Gary Anderson for missing that FG that would have gotten Randall and the Vikings into the Super Bowl where Randall would have led them to a SB victory. Thank you for the memories Randall!!!

Randall... I went to my first game at Franklin Field in 1969. I grew up in Wilmington, which is a stone's throw from Philly. My family never missed a game on the local Philadelphia channel. (we only had three!) Anyway, I went to college in Philly and when I grew up and I saw you on the field for the first time I knew you were some new and special. ✨ You invented the RPO and "scrambling until you find someone open" play. You will always be my favorite Eagles QB. 🦅 I had my share of struggles back then and it was always reassuring to watch someone overcome adversity every Sunday!🦅 -Best

That game in ‘90 vs. the Patriots was my first ever Eagles game. Had obstructed view seats with my dad, watched Randall on that long TD run go right by me. He’s the reason I love the Birds and far and away my all time favorite player. Fly Eagles Fly!!!

Capital comeback is when I became an Eagles fan from Arizona. I watched that game and Randall basically beat them from halftime. Man what a game

Randle was electric! I loved all those plays. The only one missing is when he was playing the New York Giants. He was running down the field, and he pointed to Pepper Johnson and Keith Byars came out of nowhere and blasted the best man at his wedding. It's a shame we never went past the second round with that talent.

Growing up in Dallas....Mr. Cunningham was the reason I became an Eagles fan and still one to this Day.

I had the privelege to play against Randall in high school in1980. I played for Santa Maria Saints and Randall was the QB for the Santa Barbara Dons. He was special, I remember telling a teammate on the sidelines that guy is going pro.

This man should be in the Hall of Fame. The things he did off the cuff then are are now in playbooks today.
