In Eagle Idaho - Part 2 Comparing Communities, I'll show you the other 2 area of the 5 distinct areas of Eagle Idaho. From living by the Boise River to living in downtown Eagle Idaho, to living near the Boise Foothills, to living in luxury homes, Eagle has something for everyone. Eagle Idaho really is a best place to live in Idaho, and one of the best Boise neighborhoods (well, it is actually it's own city and a suburb of Boise, Idaho). In this video, we'll take a look at the Eagle Idaho map as we explore not only if Eagle Idaho is a good place to live, but also help you see which Eagle Idaho Neighborhood may be right for you. Part 2 - The foothill/acreage/north areas of Eagle, and the West/New Construction area. Now that you've seen all the main areas of Eagle Idaho, what's your favorite? The River, Foothill, Acreage, East, West, or Downtown Eagle? I have a hard time deciding...for me it's probably the River, East, and Foothill Areas.

Great video! Thanks! We are new to Eagle and it’s nice to see all it has to offer. There’s a rumor a developer is trying to put 300+ new homes in west / northwest Eagle. Hope it’s not true. It’s already getting too crowded.

Thank you and you're welcome :). They are developing all of West Eagle into Star until they meld into one... many developments in the works for that area. East Eagle is the best bet for more affordable homes, less traffic, and little to no new growth. Of course you won't be able to find a new home there..well they are building a new subdivision in East Eagle/Downtown that will be a really sweet location as far as walking to everything in Downtown Eagle and Geurber Park..right off of Hill Road where it turns and runs into Old State Street. They should be a bit smaller homes with smaller lots, and one wouldn't have to be in the West Eagle/Star traffic on State Street.
