Shortening the pre-match and entrance cutenes is my biggest problem with fc24. The longer version made it more authentic, the shorter version just looks like the intro of a highlights video. I wish they would give us the option to choose witch version we want. 😢

EA changes the color saturation and a few animations every year..

FC 24 is a step back. Look like Fortnite player models in comparison

Us as gamers should demand more then what we are getting It’s pretty much exactly the same game. Just don’t buy it and they will have to put more effort in to getting there hands on our hard earned cash smh.

EAFC 24 feels janky and removed immersive cut scenes for no reason at all. the menu and HUD also looks like shit, also no World Cup mode, playing with national teams from all over the world not just the big 15 was awesome. And the walkout in EAFC 24 is a good idea, but there are so many cuts within the cutscene it actuall gets annoying after 5 seconds

I totally agree, I can genuinely record how the AI in FC 24 is a step down. In fifa 23 you can do a pass with Triangle/Y (depending on your console) and the player that you are trying to pass it to will be smart enough to avoid the defender in front of him and go around him. Meanwhile in FC24 because of the coding that EA did. Your players will automatically start to chase the ball without any regard for what's in front of him, who leads to players just crashing, falling or absolutely running into another player like an AI bot from an early 2000s game. Not to mention that the story mode for FC24 is straight up just a copy and paste. Fc24 does have many improvements on the physics and graphics, but the AI coding feels like an absolute step down. I recently stopped playing FC24 and decided to go back to fifa23

Tbh I preferred 19 in every aspect apart from fk system. Fc24 is good but it could be coz I jumped from 19 to 24 but had 19 for longer so I might be biased.

The sprinting is unrealistic, fifa23 physics are quite good

Tbh it's quite realistic but imo that's what made it suck. Haven't played fifa 23 but I'm thinking of getting it for that reason amongst a few others tbh. What I mean by the realism is that they take a while to reach top speed btw

This situation is quite similar to the hair animation when it first appeared in FIFA 21 Next Gen (and also FIFA 22 and FIFA 23). That is, when everything first appeared, it seemed like EA had overdone it, it looked quite new. but it's not like real life, hopefully in FC 25 they will tone down the shirt physics, let it move less but still not stick to the player's body 😍😍

One thing I don’t understand is that some players who had strand-based hair in fifa 23 don’t have it in EA FC 24 (Rice, Saka)

Started in league 2 with shitty players that felt slow and bogged down, made my way through promotions to the premiership upgrading my squad with great players but STILL feels slow and unresponsive, very frustrating..

I think what they were going for is to make it seem like they were showing what happened between the two teams in the past. But like you said, all it does it make the match seem pre-recorded 😂

The lighting is better brighter in fc24, also the players images are sharper, and I suppose the grass looks more real close up, maybe the gameplay is slightly better to, but overall a slight improvement on fifa 23 but not by much.

Fc24 looks less authentic and less encouraging to play unlike Fifa23, a bit balanced

I have pre ordered EAFC24 Ultimate edition and I had FIFA23 also where I expended more than $2000 to build my ultimate team and now it is useless but I would say FIFA 23 was much better from my opinion because I’m now playing EAFC24 ultimate team where the graphics and mechanisms looks like the mobile version and not like the PC or Console version.

What are your pc specs?

I have ps4 and have 23. But main reason for wanting fc 24 is because the current squads. You dont get the current squad in 23 even with all the updates. Example, james milner and henderson and fabinho for liverpool that play in saudi league now and thats not updated in 23 thats the struggle for me. As long as the gameplay mechanics are somewhat similiar to fifa i could get used to it from here on out when i buy it

FC24 looks better. Brighter. But the game is extremely difficult! I do play on the hardest setting, but I always have. They just made the cpu unrealistically difficult IMO. I mean it's more control on the ball, but it takes away from the speed of the game. The game doesn't respond as quick as I'd like it to, because of giving too much control. If that makes sense to anyone that is having trouble with FC24. Might have to go down to legendary.

I usually play on legendary in fifa but on FC 24 I am finding world class difficult and challenging with the player based difficulty on. It is difficult like you said but imo I feel it's not a bad thing because we always got bored of the gameplay in the previous fifa games but this one is really good seeing how the game play is much different and it feels very real the ball control dribbling and stuff so it's not all bad I guess. Yeah sure they can improve a lot by fixing all the bugs

turn the brightness and constract on 6/7 and it will look like fc 24
